Watch it and weep. With joy. And amazement.

Holy crap! This looks amazing. The more I see of this film, the more I can't wait to see it. I love how this trailer finally gave away some details about what it's all about.

Man, the visuals in this film look like something else. I think seeing this in IMAX might be a must.

I agree. This has IMAX written all over it.

People who have read the script for this one are talking about it as a Best Picture Oscar winner.

I was treated to the trailer before Iron Man 2 at the London IMAX on Friday. It was awesome, especially the part where the landscape folds towards the camera...it litteraly twisted my brain!!!

Yep, IMAX it is.

Thoughts on IM2?

Mark as usual you were spot on with IM2, your bullet points exactly mirrored my thoughts...

I thought Rourke was awesome but not that well used, Scarlett was hot & oozed sex and Rockwell was a great new addition. But alas like all sequels too many new characters were introduced so it all got a bit messy. Also did you notice some scenes were missing from what the trailers showed... last minute editing, but I'm sure they will make it on to the blu-rays.

The bonus scene was a bit of a let down, I wanted more than just the hammer! I wanted to see Chris Hemsworth all dressed up like his publicity shot... oh well a generous 3 stars!

Seen Robin Hood yet?

Not yet.

Been busy and, to be honest, I'm not sure about it from what I've seen. My interest seems to change on a daily basis, although I suspect I'll bite the arrow and go see it...

RE: IM2 missing scenes. I noticed that the "you complete me" gag in the plane between Pepper and Tony wasn't included in the final film. Will have to check out the trailers again to see what else didn't make the cut...

Yeah, ROBIN HOOD has not been getting good reviews. Most are saying too long, too dark and morose and the action a retread of GLADIATOR.
