Attached to prints of Transformers will be a teaser trailer for a movie called Cloverfield, a top secret project produced by JJ Abrams. Now, I know nothing about this movie and in our era of internet leaks, test screening reviews and omnipresent hype that's an achievement in itself. Consider myself intrigued.

anything by JJ Abrams at this point has my attention. big fan of lost, loved mission impossible 3, i cannot wait to see what he's got cookin.
At last, another M:I:3 fan! I thought that film got completely overlooked in the whole Cruise fuss and was so much better than the previous two instalments. It was tight, well-crafted and terrific entertainment. Plus it had Maggie Q in that red dress. I'm happy to follow JJ wherever he wants to take us. I loved Alias and think Lost is second only to The Wire as the best show on TV right now. Although Veronica Mars and Heroes are right up there too.
saw transformers and remembered, as the trailers started to roll, that this was going to be shown...
i don't know how this movie is going to play out, but it looks like blair witch meets godzilla in new york city.
they gave no name for the movie just something along the lines of "directed by J. J. Abrams" and it was over. i was rivited to say the least. i don't know if you've seen it yet, but i can't wait to hear what you thought.
ps: transformers was so freakin' cool. they better not make a sequel.
Good description.A stylish and satisfyingly intense update of one of Hollywood's most well-trodden film concepts: the attack of the 150-foot (give or take) monster.
