Very. But, looks as if it could be a fan creation - seen that press release that confirms the title is officially Inglourious Basterds?
As someone who can be rather anal about grammar, I find that news distressing.
I meant to say "depressing" not "distressing".
Going out on a limb here, but could it perchance be because one of the film's less educated soldiers perhaps spells it as such at some point - scrawling it onto his helmet or something, is it like what they name themselves...?
