When the Golden Globe nominees are released I can figure out what movies I should see that I haven't seen yet - sweet
Every year I care less and less about awards ceremonies. And yet I persist in reading about them, and watching them...
All it's showing me this year is how many films I have still to watch...
Have to say, lack of A Serious Man representation (aside from the very deserving Stuhlbarg) is nothing short of criminal. Have a feeling I'll be saying the same about A Single Man whenever I finally get to see it...
Also, Avatar for best picture = stupid. And I enjoyed Avatar.
