It would have been a tragedy for football if Robben, or just any of his teammates, got their hands on the World Cup. A victory for football indeed, if hardly a great game. (And it makes you wonder how many players have slogans on beneath their shirts that we never get to see - a lovely gesture though. That player's family must've been in tears watching that).

I agree. I've long been a fan of the Dutch but yesterday's "performance" bordered on the barbaric.
And as for the t-shirt, it was a wonderful moment in a game lacking in them...
